Support with a Registered Social Worker

Compassionate Communities

For Cherryville residents living with a life-limited illness or facing end-of-life, such as advanced cancer, neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer’s, dementia, ALS, Parkinson’s), organ failure, or other conditions. A Registered Social Worker can meet with you and your family for one-to-one support, system navigation, information and referral.

Persons with Disabilities

Looking to apply for disability and not sure where to start, or struggling to get things going? We would love to support you with your application. A Registered Social Worker can review and complete the Assessor’s Report if you are eligible for PWD supports.
